Backpackers Fairytale story started 10 years ago! The hostel is situated in a perfect spot, just 3 minutes from the 1700-year-old Diocletian palace, near all the bars and restaurants, but still in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

The place is clean and colorful with a nice, big common area where u can chill listening to an old record on a gramophone while enjoying one of the best views in the city. From our balconies, you can see the whole city, the bell tower of St. Duje, port, cute park Sustipan and our amazing hill Marjan.

We are located 10 min from the ferry, bus and train station.

There is free street parking (have in mind that high season in Split makes our streets a bit overcrowded with cars). Also, there’s a parking lot in front of the hostel where 7kn will get you an hour of parking.

Tourist tax of 10kn per person per night is NOT included in the given rate.

Our famous UNICORN TOURS – will take you to KRKA waterfalls or stand up paddling in the most scenic areas Split and Krka region have to offer. We always make sure that you have great pictures with our GO PRO 5 camera.
